We are looking for an experienced IT Agile Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of complex IT projects for clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects using Agile methodologies as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. The role is a contract role and based in Melbourne.

5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager with a strong focus on Agile methodologies
Leverage your expertise to drive customer success
To be successful you would need the following:
Be an PMI Certified Project Manager or work towards certification
Competent in one or more Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum Kanban. SAFe)
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate project teams
Experience leading and delivering software development projects using Agile methodologies
Stakeholder management and steering committee reporting competency
Demonstrated experience in risk actions issues and decision logging and management
Good understanding of program management techniques and ability to run portfolio of small projects when required.
Bonus/Nice to have:
Automotive industry experience
Data Platform Experience
Your day-to-day role will be responsible for:
Lead and manage the delivery of IT projects using Agile methodologies
Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning retrospectives and demos
Create and maintain project plans including project schedules resource plans and budgets
Identify and manage risks and issues and implement corrective actions as necessary
Track and report on project progress and ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget
