Producing Flexo Plates
Training on 1st shift then moving to 2nd
2nd shift position 12pm to 8:30 pm with OT worked at the end of the day
$16.50 per hour $17.50 at hire on 480 hours
Located in Appleton
Ensures accurate consistent and timely completion of high quality basic to intermediate level
production of conventional and liquid Flexo plates which conform to set technical
specifications.
Prepare printing plates for mounting
Mount printing plates in register as required to meet clients specs
Perform and record quality control checks
Pack and dispatch plates to correct destination. Record all dispatch details.
Run agreed routine calibration checks.
Ensure optimum performance of equipment and quickly report any equipment breakdowns.
Ensure that all time entries are accurate and up-to-date and all material usage is recorded.
Education & Certifications
Six months to one year related experience and/or training;
Experience
Experience in Graphics Arts industry (e.g. Design Studio/Agency environment) or related field in
manufacturing (i.e. Printing Pre-Press) a plus.
