The Product Launch & Go To Market Manager is a cross-functional program owner responsible for leading the execution of new product introductions (NPIs) merchandising readiness and key marketing deliverables across all channels for Shaws residential flooring Anderson Tuftex brand. This role brings together project management excellence and go-to-market operational rigor - ensuring launches are delivered on time within budget and with clear alignment across design marketing product and sales teams. This Manager serves as the central coordinator of launch activity accountable for managing and executing timelines sample readiness sales enablement and communication to all customer-facing teams working under the guidance of the VP of Anderson Tuftex Brand. This role is essential in ensuring brand consistency operational efficiency and market readiness for both product and marketing-led initiatives and is key to Anderson Tuftex meeting financial success targets.
This position will work in a hybrid way 3 days per week from our Dalton corporate offices.
Responsibilities:
Launch Management & Project Leadership:
Own the end-to-end project management of NPIs and brand launches achieving time cost and revenue targets.
Coordinate deliverables across product operations marketing and sales maintaining integrated launch timelines risk registers and status updates.
Ensure sales channels are aligned and enabled for launch execution.
Go-to-Market Execution & Sales Enablement
Lead merchandising and sampling readiness managing budgets sourcing and vendor relationships (including Plant 52 and external partners).
Partner with forecasting and product teams to ensure accurate launch inventory planning.
Provide tools samples and sales assets that equip customer-facing teams to execute effectively.
Channel Activation & Communications
Tailor GTM plans to priority customer segments (retailers builders designers etc.) in partnership with Sales and Customer Marketing.
Ensure consistent timely communication of launch activities to all stakeholders.
Content Tools & Platform Management
Maintain accurate up-to-date product content across all sales enablement platforms.
Support seamless phase-in/phase-out transitions for products ensuring clear communication to internal and external teams.
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree and 5 years of experience in product marketing program management or go-to-market execution or an equivalent combination of education and experiences.
Highly preferred experiences and skills:
Proven project management expertise managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments PMP certification preferred.
Experience in consumer products manufacturing or design-driven industries.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Workfront Asana) and comfort with data tracking.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; highly organized and solutions oriented.
