The LXP Administratorplays a critical role in delivering an impactful learning experience for up to 30000 annual active learners. This person will work with many organizations within NI including Education Services Digital Services & Support and IT to define and maintain the LXP implementation ensuring continual progress towards Education Services business strategy ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of web-based SaaS technologies and experience with web development concepts. The candidate will be expected to stay up to date on the learning platform products and releases. As a member of the Education Services team this person will also have the opportunity to cross train on additional technologies to support broader team projects.
TheLXP Administrator works closely withthe IT Customer Learning Product Manager and Global Training Delivery team to understand business requirements related to the customer learning experience in order contribute ideas and input towards ongoing system person is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the NI Learning Center on including but not limited to: managing integrations and configurations coordinating resolution of system issues and assisting support teams with solve customer issues. NIs Learning Center is implemented on the Thought Industries platform. This platform is integrated with other technologies such as Adobe Analytics Zoom SSO and SFDC plus more in the future.
The successful LXP Tools Administrator is a vocal champion of our learners who accelerates the delivery of the NI Learning Center vision by systematically and carefully driving effective platform utilization and increased learner satisfaction. They will be an important member of the Learning Experience collaborator team and will have an opportunity to work in a fast-paced highly collaborative environment.
