About the Role

Were looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and elevate some of the most critical user journeys at ShopBack from how users log in navigate and manage their accounts to how they track cashback and discover value across the platform.

Your mission is to create seamless trustworthy and value-driven experiences across identity cashback and search. This role sits at the core of how users experience ShopBack helping them feel in control stay engaged and take meaningful action faster.

Youll partner closely with engineering design data and marketing teams to shape and execute a product roadmap that balances foundational improvements with growth-driving enhancements. The scope spans mobile web and browser extension surfaces making consistency and performance across platforms a key part of the challenge.

Your Adventure Ahead

    • Account Experiences & Trust: Own and evolve identity-related journeys from login and account access to recovery and security ensuring they are secure intuitive and scalable.
    • Cashback Transparency & Usability: Optimise how users view manage and understand their cashback improving clarity reducing support friction and helping users feel confident about their rewards.
    • Funnel-Optimised Discovery: Improve how users find and act on information across the platform particularly within search and account tools focusing on speed clarity and conversion outcomes.
    • Search Personalisation & Relevance: Elevate the quality of search through smarter ranking contextual suggestions and intent-based personalisation including zero-state experiences that reduce friction and guide users to action.
    • Multi-Platform Product Thinking: Deliver consistent and context-aware experiences across ShopBacks platforms including app web and browser extension while tailoring UX to fit the strengths of each surface.
    • Lifecycle & Engagement: Identify and improve key lifecycle moments across activation re-engagement and high-frequency usage driving long-term user retention and platform value.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to uncover pain points validate hypotheses and make high-impact decisions that guide roadmap priorities.
    • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering analytics design and business teams to launch high-quality features at scale aligned with company goals and consumer needs.
    • Strategy & Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear vision for your product areas balancing near-term delivery with longer-term strategic investments.

Essentials to Succeed

    • Product Expertise: 6-8 years of product management experience ideally in consumer tech fintech or e-commerce with ownership of logged-in user journeys trust-centric flows or high-traffic features.
    • Executional Excellence: Strong ability to manage complexity work across platforms and deliver meaningful user and business outcomes through fast focused iteration.
    • User-Centric Mindset: Deep empathy for user needs and behaviour especially around usability transparency and confidence-building in product experiences.
    • Data Fluency: Proficient in using data to diagnose problems size opportunities and measure results and comfortable shaping and interpreting experiments.
    • Technical Acumen: Comfortable working with engineering on backend-heavy or infrastructure-centric projects (e.g. search systems account logic or cashback reconciliation).
    • Communication & Influence: Clear structured communicator who can align teams stakeholders and leadership behind a strong product direction.
    • Strategic Thinking: Capable of shaping a long-term roadmap while delivering incremental wins that compound value over time.
    • AI Adoption: Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows enhance productivity and drive efficiency at scale.
    • Bonus: Experience with rewards identity systems or search; exposure to multi-market products
    • Global Perspective: Experience working in diverse markets is a bonus as is fluency in multiple languages to meet various market needs.
