As a Project Assistantin our Los Angeles office you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions save global environments and create a better greener future for all.
Job Type: Part-time limited-term employment (initial duration of three months) with the potential for extension beyond three months and subsequent transition to a full-time role based on the needs of the office and department.
Work Schedule: Up to 24 hours per week on-site.

In this role you will be responsible for activities that contribute to timely high quality and efficient project execution on projects of limited size scope and complexity. You will work closely with a project coordinator and both internal and external team members including clients. Youll handle administrative tasks in line with AEIs policies and standards.
Expertise of our most successful Project Assistant:
- Associates degree or commensurate experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Effective skills to help you flourish:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a team environment across all levels of the organization

Estimated Starting Hourly Range: $25 - $28
