Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Stores Management Oversee inventory control goods receipt and issuance to ensure timely availability of materials for production and sales operations.
Quality Assurance of Incoming Goods Conduct inspections of received items to verify compliance with negotiated specifications; promptly address any non-conformities with suppliers.
Stores Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate stock records generate management reports and monitor inventory levels to optimize stock holding costs.
Stock Monitoring & Verification Circulate weekly re-order level reports and perform regular physical stock checks to ensure availability and alignment with system balances.
Process Improvement & Compliance Identify and report issues related to stores operations SAP system and QMS; recommend and follow up on corrective actions to ensure operational efficiency.
Procurement & Documentation Create and manage purchase orders for local and overseas suppliers execute GRNs promptly and ensure real-time system updates.
Team Supervision & Process Quality Lead and supervise store helpers ensuring adherence to quality standards across all store-related processes.
Qualifications/Experience:
Degree or Diploma in in Logistics & Supply Chain Management o Inventory Management or Administration from a recognized institute
Successful completion of GCE O/L and GCE A/L
Minimum of 2 years experience in storekeeping and inventory management
Proficient in computer applications and inventory systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good command of English both written and verbal.
