Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Operations Specialist to join the International Securities Settlement Team within Corporate and Investment Banking Operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing fixed income prematching and ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of international fixed income and equity trading activities across all WF entities on the settlement date.
The team works closely with global custodians and key business partners including Sales and Trading desks DCM Middle Office Risk and Control Teams to effectively manage exception-driven events. These events encompass a wide range of activities such as fail management reconciliations buy-ins repo settlements DCM primary activities stock loan support prime brokerage support re-alignment services corporate actions 144A/RegS exchanges ADR conversions security and cash position breaks and asset segregation processing.
As a part of this dynamic team you will engage in lifecycle support tasks for institutional trades focusing on daily Business as Usual (BAU) activities to monitor settlement status perform asset segregation depo realignment and input wires. Additionally you will be responsible for reconciling global cash and security movements ensuring daily balancing with our Global Custodians including CSDR fees.
