Pay: $43.40/hour with Ticket

Hours: Monday to Friday- 5AM-1:30PM

Our priority is to make sure we hire mechanics that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As a mechanic with us the minimum responsibilities are:

Perform on-site welding repairs on waste bins (metal and Plastic)
Repair and replace wheels locks lock bars and other bin components
Conduct general maintenance and ensure bins meet operational standards
Use stick welding and torching techniques to cut shape and fuse metal parts
Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
Travel daily between customers sites from Harrison Lake to West Vancouver
Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate repairs

What We Need From You:

Proven experience in stick welding and metal torching
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical ability to lift bend and work outdoors in various conditions
Welding certification is an asset but not required
