The Opportunity

For our Feeder Factory High Voltage based in Sevlievo we are looking for an Incoming Quality Control Manager who will focus on defining and specifying activities processes and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for our purchased components both in terms of standard incoming inspection and samples management.

How youll make an impact:

  • Be responsible for the Incoming Quality Control team (15 people) the development of daily operational activities and other corporate functions for quality issue cases;
  • Be responsible for the teams efficiency and continuous improvements including analysis methods and reporting methodology;
  • Defining and specifying activities processes and standards to fulfil the quality requirements for a manufactured material and purchased component;
  • Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of on-quality inspected components;
  • Reporting and troubleshooting supplier manufacturing process deviations and defects in incoming goods;
  • Lead and plan the skills and the development of team members;
  • Living Hitachi Energys core values of safety and integrity which means taking responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the company.

Your background:

  • Masters degree and above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or other related area (Material Science preferred);
  • 5 years of working Experience preferred in Incoming Inspection or Supplier Quality Management;
  • Structure thinking innovation oriented material inspection technologies proactive approach;
  • Strong leadership and people management experience be able to implement structured processes and tiered management governance;
  • Excellent ability to relate with different organizational level from blue collar to top management;
  • L6S Green Belt or above is preferred;
  • Fluent in English.
