We are seeking a Director - Allied Health Education and Career Pathways to:
- Oversee allied health education career pathways and programs supported by UW Health.
- Lead the administrative oversight maintenance of accreditation compliance and the modification or adaptation of current educational programs.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Masters Degree in Education or related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or related field Required
- 7 years of work experience in operational administration for health sciences medical sciences science technology or education or other closely related area Preferred
- 2 years of work experience in any area of clinical health care Preferred
- Experience in project management program development process improvement or strategic management Preferred
- Knowledge of funding mechanisms for workforce initiatives (e.g. grants apprentices tuition reimbursement) Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Certification in a clinical health care profession Preferred
