Entry-Level Receptionist / Legal Assistant (Denver CO)
We are a boutique medical malpractice law firm in Denver seeking a full-time entry-level Receptionist/Legal Assistantto join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn the legal field and grow within a firm that values collaboration initiative and professional development.
About the Role:
- Schedule:40 hours per week in-person at our Denver office

What Youll Do:
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage phone calls scheduling and written correspondence
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff
- Assist with preparing organizing and reviewing documents
- Take on additional responsibilities as you grow into the role

- Strong reading comprehension and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
