Job Description
Who we are
STARZPLAY is a subscription video on demand service headquartered in Dubai and
available in 19 countries in the MENA region. Our service streams thousands of blockbusters
Hollywood movies TV shows documentaries kids entertainment and dedicated Arabic
content to subscribers in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business analysts and engineers to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract transform and load data from various sources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in Tableau and SQL.
- Create and maintain documentation for reporting and SQL processes.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in Tableau and SQL.
- Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions on multiple methods of payments
- Analysis of different reports and highlighting the errors.
- Future forecasting subscriptions.
- Compiling reports for senior management.
- Assist with billing accounts reconciliations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing data accuracy
- Handling customer complaints and resolving billing issues
- Different day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree is the Minimum requirement.
- Proven experience (1 year) as a Tableau developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and optimizing complex queries.(Plus point)
- Solid understanding of data modeling warehousing and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
