We are seeking a Mid Associate to join our Environmental and Energy team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of professional experience since graduation with a background in corporate law and ideally exposure to the energy sector. Advanced English proficiency and a strong interest in environmental and energy matters are required. This position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop practical skills in these areas while working closely with experienced attorneys in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Law degree with at least four years of professional experience.
- Previous experience in corporate law; experience in the energy or environmental sector is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive eager to learn and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Environmental and Energy team in legal research and case preparation.
- Draft and review legal documents in both Spanish and English.
- Organize and manage case files and documentation.
- Assist attorneys with administrative and procedural tasks.
- Attend internal meetings and contribute to coordination activities.
