Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally dedicated individual to join our team at Fisher Clinical Services Japan K.K. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a world-class organization dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in the handling and management of investigational drugs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Complete all processes in strict accordance with established procedures and cGMP standards.
  • Ensure that facilities and workspaces are kept clean and tidy.
  • Verify that equipment and tools within the work area are maintained and functioning flawlessly.
  • Complete regular reports related to the work area as required by supervisors or clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all processes completed.

Receiving:

  • Verify received shipments against documentation and system records and inspect all incoming drugs.
  • Store materials under appropriate temperature conditions and locations.
  • Complete documentation and update computer systems accurately and appropriately.

Disposal:

  • Process orders timely and accurately.
  • Package and ship investigational materials accurately and appropriately.
  • Ensure compliance with project instructions.
  • Verify that complete and accurate shipping information is provided to carriers.
  • Document tasks correctly and input data into systems accurately and appropriately.

Shipping:

  • Verify the accuracy of picked drug supplies against customer orders and shipping documents.
  • Conduct in-process checks for just-in-time labeling.

Returns and Disposal:

  • Verify received shipments against documentation and system records.
  • Retrieve and package all materials from inventory according to customer instructions.
  • Arrange appropriate shipping and/or destruction of materials according to customer instructions.
  • Complete documentation and update computer systems accurately and appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse-related work.
  • Experience working in a GMP/QMS environment is preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Ability to read and write in English and basic conversational skills.
