Werelooking for a Finance Assistant to support our Service Charges team on a Fixed Term contract until31st March 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team and contribute to our mission of investing in people and places to build a stronger more sustainable future.
In this role youll play a key part in delivering accurate and timely service charge accounting information for the Group. You will also support the Housing Management and Home Ownership teams by ensuring customers receive clear and reliable financial information.
Some of your daily duties are to assist with the production of timely and accurate Service Charge accounts provide support to customer facing teams for all service charges and to support budget holders across the organisation in relation to fixed and variable service charges.

Although this role is home-based you should be able to travel to Group offices and other locations for meetings as required approximately once a week normally alternating between our offices at Birmingham Business Park (Solihull) and Central Park (Worcester).
