Minimum 2 years of related working experience in the hotel industry.

The Team Member KitchenCommisIassiststhe Chef dePartieto supervise team members in the kitchen section in the Team Member Restaurant.
What will I be doing
As the Team Member KitchenCommisI you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Cook team member meals during mealtimes according to the menu.
Monitor the quality and quantity of all food items being served.
Ensure that the kitchen receives the correct quality and quantity of all food.
Ensure that food is not wasted nor reused.
Have a complete understanding of and follow-up on hotel policies relating to fire hygiene health and safety.
Respect the Team Member Restaurants Head Chef and organization.
Maintain a clean appearance as well as good hygiene and clean uniforms.
Maintain good communication with all team members.
Assist the Team Member Restaurants Head Chef and Chef dePartiewith all items related to operations and be aware of team members feedback.
Complement and maintain quality standards related to sanitation and cleanliness.
Help wherever required as requested by the Team member Canteen Chef.
Ensure that all operating equipment / furniture are in good condition.
Clean the kitchen area.
Complete reasonable responsibilities and assigned work.
