Job Description

Education and Experience required Masters degree in any engineering field and 4 years of experience overseeing product development from prototyping to production 1 year of experience managing cross-functional teams. 3 years of experience managing timelines budgets and stakeholder expectations. 3 years of project management experience including: scheduling building budget tracking and communication. 3 years of experience forging strong transparent customer relationships. 4 years of experience with customer negotiation and ensuring common understanding of requirements and expectations. 4 years of product development experience in developing functional or technical textile products. 2 years of experience defining and managing scope across the product development life cycle including establishment organization facilitation and effective follow-up for cross-functional team meetings. 2 years of experience in relationship building through technical know-how including the ability to lead SMES through influence & credibility. 3 years of experience leading teams through a systematic Stage Gate product development process. 3 years of experience organizing and presenting key project metrics progress and risks during Project Reviews. Six-Sigma certification in process control improvement and lean (or completion of coursework equivalent to lean six-sigma black belt training and examination). 2 years of experience utilizing DMAIC to perform root cause investigations. 4 years of experience in manufacturing physical testing and engineering of textile products made with manufacturing methods including Weaving Knitting and Warwick RIHow to apply By email to with #CMTPM in the subject line.
