Positions: Full-Time PTs PTAs OTs and COTAs with or without Lymphedema Certificate (CLT)
Position Summary
Were hiring Florida-licensed PTs PTAs OTs and COTAs who are CLT-certified to treat patients with lymphedema in their homes. These are W2 roles with a unique pay structure full benefits and growth opportunities through our clinical ladder program.
Clinicians are assigned to a primary zone within the county they live in. A full-time caseload includes 24 30 patient visits per week with visit lengths ranging from 70 85 minutes depending on level of care.
Locations - Volusia County (Edgewater Port Orange Daytona Deltona)
Pay Structure
All employees are paid hourly with different rates depending on the activity.
PT and OT (LS1 - No CLT)
- Treatment Rate: $61 /hour
- Estimated Annual Salary: 92482.00
PTA and COTA (LS1 - No CLT)
- Treatment Rate: $50 /hour
- Estimated Annual Salary: 77324.00
PT and OT (LS2 CLT)
- Treatment Rate: $64 $70/hour
- Estimated Annual Salary: 96616.00
PTA and COTA (LS2 CLT)
- Treatment Rate: $53 $60/hour
- Estimated Annual Salary: 81458.00
Non-Treatment Rate (Applies to all):
- Driving documentation (done at home) meetings scheduling calls etc. $12/hour
Additional Pay Details
- Documentation at point-of-care (completed in the patients home) paid at treatment rate 10 minutes added per visit
- Training/Onboarding: Paid at 50% of treatment rate
- Driving Reimbursement: Paid based on drive time

Requirements
PTs PTAs OTs COTAs
- Active Florida license
- CLT certification (ACOLS Klose Norton or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year home health experience
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- 2 Year commitment if LS1 due to the investment in training
Physical Requirements (All Candidates)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend stoop and squat as part of treatment activities
