Summary: St Joes Health is looking for Neurology coverage for the below dates but also prefers a provider willing to work 7 on 7 off at their Bryan and College Station location.
Rate caps for submission:
Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation $167.50 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
On Call (Daily) $3400 - Per 24 hours to include 8 hours gratis
24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $5100 - Per 24 hours to include 8 hours gratis
Call Back $335 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Holiday Call Back $502.50 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Site needs the above dates filled please add which dates your provider can cover. Providers that can cover all of these dates will be sent over first. They also prefer a provider that can offer 7 on 7 off coverage on going.

Requirement description :
- Board Certified Required
- State License TX required for Sept and Oct dates. Will consider IMLC for dates after Oct. TX license must be in hand to start credentialing. TX license looking to take 3-4 weeks to obtain.
- Malpractice Clean strongly preferred
