Vent Program Manager RT (Permanent Role)
Location: Norfolk VA 23502
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30PM
Schedule: Monday Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Salary Range: $90000 $100000 per year
- Lead and manage the Ventilator Program operations ensuring adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and support respiratory therapists and other program staff.
- Develop implement and monitor care plans and protocols for patients requiring mechanical ventilation.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Oversee equipment maintenance inventory and budget related to respiratory care services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Act as a clinical resource and mentor to staff in ventilator management and respiratory care.
- Must be a licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT).
- Minimum of 2 years of management or leadership experience in a healthcare or respiratory care setting.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Proven experience in ventilator care and program oversight.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
