Job Description

Job Title: Electronics Technician

Location: Charleston SC (5 days onsite)

Duration: Direct Hire

Citizenship: US Citizen with active Secret Clearance

Top Required Skills

Electronics Technician experience

Active Secret Clearance willing to work onsite 5 days per week

Experience working with Air Traffic Control equipment

Qualifications

Must have ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.

Seeking a high level of technical expertise in audio communications equipment preferably in the air traffic control environment. The minimum requirement is for the candidate to have practical experience with communication systems (e.g. telecommunications analog communications VoIP communications.)

Minimum of six (6) years of practical experience including electronics installation integration test repair and/or maintenance.

Minimum of one (1) year of practical experience in electronics installation.

Minimum of two (2) years technical experience in the field of Air Traffic Control (ATC) equipment and systems including aviation ground navigation systems meteorology systems or air traffic control communication systems (may be gained concurrently).

Formal electronics training in installation tasks Soldering Cable Dressing Cable Tray Conduit and making/repairing connectors.
