Job Description
Title: Network Architect
Location: Gwinnett County GA (Onsite)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Network Architect to design implement and optimize enterprise-level network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LAN/WAN design datacenter networking and security architecture ensuring scalability reliability and security across complex environments. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver network solutions aligned with business and compliance needs.
Responsibilities:

Design implement and optimize LAN WAN WLAN and VPN network infrastructure.

Create architecture diagrams documentation and specifications.

Configure and manage routers switches firewalls and load balancers.

Develop network security strategies including firewalls access control and intrusion prevention.

Monitor troubleshoot and optimize network performance.
-
Evaluate and recommend hardware/software solutions.

Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
-
12 years of network support experience including 6 years in network design.

Expertise with TCP/IP BGP OSPF MPLS VLANs VPNs.

Hands-on experience with Cisco Juniper Palo Alto and/or Arista.

Strong knowledge of network security principles.

Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Wireshark Nagios SolarWinds.

Excellent problem-solving leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science IT or related field.

Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNP JNCIP CISSP).
