Role: Travel Cath Lab Technician
Location: Elgin IL
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8 hour days
Schedule: 40 hours per week/5 days
Pay breakdown:
- Hourly rate - $84.00 $52.85 taxable $31.15 non-taxable
- OT rate - $126.00
- Weekly Gross - $3360.00 $2114.00 taxable $1246.00 stipend
Job Summary:
Cath Lab Technician
A Cath Lab Technician plays a vital role in supporting physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures such as angiograms angioplasty and pacemaker/ICD insertions. The technician ensures that the cardiac catheterization laboratory is prepared sterile and equipped with the necessary instruments while assisting in monitoring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- BLS certification required
- ARRT required
- Cath Lab experience required
- IL state license required
