Job Title: Imaging Supervisor
Job Location: Sanford NC

Job Description:

Oversees daily operations of the Imaging Department ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care
Supervises and supports imaging technologists fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture
Performs CT and X-ray exams as needed maintaining clinical competency and supporting departmental coverage
Ensures compliance with all regulatory accreditation and safety standards
Manages scheduling staffing and performance evaluations
Collaborates with radiologists physicians and other departments to ensure seamless imaging services
Monitor sequipment functionality and coordinate preventative maintenance and service calls
Leads quality improvement initiatives and participate in departmental planning and budgeting
