Job Description
Job Title: Imaging Supervisor
Job Location: Sanford NC
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
- Oversees daily operations of the Imaging Department ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care
- Supervises and supports imaging technologists fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture
- Performs CT and X-ray exams as needed maintaining clinical competency and supporting departmental coverage
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory accreditation and safety standards
- Manages scheduling staffing and performance evaluations
- Collaborates with radiologists physicians and other departments to ensure seamless imaging services
- Monitor sequipment functionality and coordinate preventative maintenance and service calls
- Leads quality improvement initiatives and participate in departmental planning and budgeting
