LOCATION: Orlando onsite 2x/week (Remote allowed for strong candidates willing to travel as needed)
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- AI Implementation Enterprise-scale AI project experience in a large matrixed environment.
- Executive Presence Build polished decks present confidently to C-suite backup presenter for HM strong storytelling and precision. Presence and communication skills are highly important
- Project Leadership Act as scrum of scrums manage details (JIRA risks blockers) resolve/escalate issues influence without authority.

TEAM STRUCTURE
- Role spans business and technology workstreams.
- Provides dotted-line oversight of 10 PMs (Disney vendor).
- Oversight coordination/direction only no performance reviews.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend multiple workstream meetings daily (track risks progress blockers).
- Consolidate updates into executive-level summaries.
- Drive alignment across 10 PMs and vendors escalate issues when needed.
- Balance strategic oversight with detail-level involvement (including JIRA).

OVERVIEW We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a multi-year AI initiative.
The ideal candidate will bring enterprise-scale AI implementation experience executive-level communication skills and hands-on project leadership.
This role requires managing multiple cross-functional workstreams coordinating internal and vendor project managers and providing clear executive-ready updates.
The Senior Technical Project Manager must balance strategic oversight with tactical execution ensuring consistent delivery in a large matrixed environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a large-scale AI implementation project across business and technology teams.
- Provide concise credible updates to senior stakeholders including C-suite executives.
- Create and deliver polished executive presentations and status reports with strong storytelling and accuracy.
- Coordinate internal and vendor project managers; monitor progress surface risks remove blockers and escalate issues.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration; act as a scrum of scrums to drive alignment across workstreams.
- Balance project-level oversight with tactical execution (e.g. review JIRA items dependencies and mitigation plans).
- Influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- 7 years of project management experience including at least 5 years leading enterprise-scale AI or digital transformation projects in a large matrixed organization.
- PMP and Scrum Master certifications.
- Strong Agile experience; hands-on leadership in Agile or Hybrid delivery models.
- Demonstrated executive presence with confidence presenting to senior leaders and C-suite.
- Ability to build and deliver executive-ready decks (non-confidential samples may be requested).
- Track record coordinating multiple project managers and vendors; proven issue and risk management expertise.
- Hands-on leader capable of operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Exceptional communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative approachable and detail-oriented with strong focus on precision and professionalism.
- Comfortable in a hands-on directive environment at project launch; able to execute independently once direction is set.
