Job Description
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 08:00 AM 04:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts; Mon Fri)
Pay Rate: $30/hr (W2) $33/hr (1099)
- Greet and assist patients in an adult outpatient clinic setting.
- Perform insurance verification and schedule patient appointments.
- Support front office operations including documentation record-keeping and clerical duties.
- Assist providers and nursing staff with patient flow to ensure efficiency of care.
- Accurately document patient encounters within the Epic EHR system (preferred).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Follow infection control safety and organizational policies at all times.
- Required:
- 1 year of experience as a Front Office Medical Assistant or in patient scheduling.

- Preferred:
- Experience with Epic EHR system.
- Background in adult or geriatric outpatient care settings.

- No phlebotomy experience required.
