Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manages teams related to hiring on-boarding performance management utilization training development salary promotions transfers and terminations.
- Coaches individual and team performance and improvement.
- Evaluates overall project organizational structure and performance and recommends improvements including changes in staffing scheduling and equipment.
- Assists with project audits.
- Assists in the development of SOPs.
- Ensures that all SOPs are followed and DOT OSHA Healthy and Safety and other requirements are met.
- Conducts routine facility inspections.
- Interacts with regulators as required.
- Assists with inspections.
- Meets with regulatory officials to evaluate inspection findings and ensure compliance with local state and federal laws.
- Prepares daily monthly and yearly reports including DMRs MORs etc.
- Handles material procurements.
- Ensures that the work order system and all maintenance records and other documentation is maintained properly.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Grade 7 wastewater license required.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of water and wastewater operations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in project management.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in report preparation and documentation.
5-10% travel expected.
