Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical SailPoint IAM Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining identity governance solutions using SailPoint IIQ. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of SailPoint configurations access control policies and identity lifecycle management. This role will support enterprise-wide identity compliance and user provisioning efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement identity lifecycle workflows provisioning rules certification campaigns and policy enforcement using SailPoint IIQ
- Analyze current IAM processes and identify opportunities for automation and governance improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security Compliance and Infrastructure
- Develop and maintain identity connectors with systems like Active Directory LDAP and cloud platforms
- Present technical design architecture and implementation plans to stakeholders
- Work with structured and unstructured access data to optimize role definitions and SoD policies
- Continuously improving performance compliance readiness and scalability of IAM systems
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Java and Bean shell scripting for rule development and workflow customization
- Strong understanding of identity governance role-based access control (RBAC) and compliance policies
- Experience with SailPoint application onboarding and connector configuration
- Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory requirements (SOX HIPAA etc.)
- Experience with REST APIs and integrating SailPoint with external systems
- Hands-on experience with cloud IAM (AWS IAM Azure AD or GCP IAM)
- Excellent troubleshooting documentation and communication skills
