Job Description

Role: Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer

Location: Alpharetta GA (Onsite)

Type: Contract

Note: In-person interview may be required

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud professional who can help design implement and optimize CRM solutions to drive sales efficiency and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud features and a proven track record in delivering scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud features including Leads Opportunities Accounts Contacts Products Price Books and Forecasting
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Implement automation using Workflows Process Builder Flows and Apex triggers/classes
  • Design and implement reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the sales team
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs or middleware
  • Ensure data integrity through validation rules duplicate management and appropriate security controls
  • Participate in testing deployment and user training
  • Support UAT and provide post-implementation support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant certification preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data model and sales business processes
  • Hands-on experience with Apex Visualforce Lightning Components (LWC) and SOQL
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and IT

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant Platform Developer I/II Advanced Administrator
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
  • Background in B2B or B2C sales processes
