Field Service Technician Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in interpreting electric/electronic ladder diagrams.
- Competence in reading mechanical ANSI/ISO prints.
- Proficient in PLC/HMI programming.
- Willingness to travel embracing new locations and challenges.
- Exceptional customer service communication and self-management skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Engage with customer inquiries over the phone and provide responsive assistance.
- Take charge of installations and tests and furnish operational guidance to customer technicians/operators.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to meticulously identify technical malfunctions and challenges.
- Rectify faulty or broken mechanical components and manage the ordering process for necessary replacements.
- Act as an advocate for the companys technical services underscoring their benefits to clients.
