Our client is a provider of production services for electronic circuit boards.
Job Description
New Model
- Handling new product/model/customer coordinator.
- Doing follow-up on costed BOM for quote team.
- Doing quotation review and submission.
- Handling BOM cost control for Plan Price management.
- Ensuring control of NRB budget.
Current Model
- Maintaining material master in SAP (FG SFG)
- Managing customer order / Demand management managing demand loading in ERP system / managing MPS for material procurement (SAP) based on constraint.
- Participating in daily production meetings.
- Providing delivery commit and OTD Manage
- Doing MRB (Material Review Board) and communicating with customers.
- Managing RMA shipment.
- Making ECO management review.
- Handling Excess and obsolete material / FG.
- Doing follow-up for any pending issues and providing requested reports.
- Doing follow-up on AP-AR ageing.
- PPV management
- Ensuring customer survey satisfaction.
- Managing customer order tracking (customers OPO).
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in BSC or BEng.
- Fluent in English (speaking listening reading writing).
- Strong Excel and other MS Office.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Mid to high interpersonal skills good cooperation.
- Leadership and good team player.
