Partner with business leadership to manage branding product and/or services promotion and partner with the business to provide functional expertise. Participate in long-term planning and contribute to the overall business strategy. Drive customer communications program success in the areas of marketing communications digital communications & events management. Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume margin and compliance requirements). Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with companys goals and objectives in China Market.
- Content marketing via social media platforms to grow the companys presence while ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Plan and execute SEM/SEO to increase brand visibility and leads generation.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices especially within the China Market.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to ensure timely updates and relevancy of web content.
- Work closely with cross-functional team to create cohesive marketing campaigns. Also need to oversee or support some industrial tradeshows in China and corresponding 360 degree communication.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high quality deliverables within budget and timelines and ensure ROI on marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above in the following: Marketing/Business Business Administration/Management/Communications
- 10 years of extensive track record of digital marketing marcom experience within multinational corporations.
- Previous experience in Fortune 500 companies especially in healthcare industry is highly regarded.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of the Chinese digital market and B2B market.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing metrics and reporting tools.
- Proven project management skills including experience in planning managing and executing medical exhibitions and academic conferences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and cultures.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Mandarin and English.
