- Position Title: AutoCAD Draftsman/ Architectural Drafter Assistant
- Working Location: Pioneer
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 8.30AM 6PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3000 Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize AutoCAD and preferably Revit to design and implement MEP systems.
- Ensure CAD drawings meet quality standards.
- Revise drawings based on mark-ups and specifications.
- Verify drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Convert sketches into CAD drawings and interpret mechanical/process designs.
- Develop and apply work methodologies.
- Keep all project drawings up-to-date including producing shop and as-built drawings.
- Offer technical support and participate in project meetings.
- Prepare engineering documents for submission.
- Capable of working in both indoor and outdoor environments on-site.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 1-2 years as a 2D CAD drafter in construction will be advantageous.
- Candidates without relevant experience is encouraged to apply training provided.
- Proficient in AutoCAD MEP drawings and MS Office
