Your Role
Your Role as a Business Operations Intern exposes you to all the Business and Operational aspects of a deep-tech startup. This is a broad role that drives Business Growth through pre-project engagement and research project execution post-project support as well as Talent Acquisition.
You will work directly in touch with the Business and Operations Teams reporting to the Operations this role you will also work with the management team.
Job Scope
- Assist the Business Team to ensure smooth revenue generation through pre and post-project support to our customers
- Support the Operations Team by creating and improving documentation such as Risk Assessments Method Statements
- Assist with Project Execution through allocating of internal resources and management of external vendors
- Source for new vendors as the business requires
- Support and potentially lead initiatives to improve operational excellence from ideation to rollout
- Assist with Talent Acquisition by leading key activities focused on company branding to prospective hires e.g. career fairs showcases talks
- Engage with prospective hires; from hire to onboarding / documentation including job postings and scheduling interviews and references
- Build relationships with our talent pipeline partners e.g. IHLs government support/grant agencies

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business - Operations or related field
