What Youll Do:
- Create across platforms: Youll work hand-in-hand in creative teams to ideate and execute campaigns that arent just confined to one medium but flourish across all.
- Understand to innovate: Go beyond the brief to understand client needs and push conceptual boundaries to deliver standout ideas.
- Ensure brand cohesion: Keep the brands voice consistent across all creative assets ensuring they align with strategic platforms.
- Take the lead in client meetings confidently explaining and defending creative concepts.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Someone with 5 years of agency experience ideally with a focus on integrated campaigns.
- Fluent in Hungarian and English capable of giving presentations and communication.
- A team player who thrives to collaborate but can also manage solo projects efficiently.
- Deadline-driven detail-oriented and unafraid to ask questions to get things right.
- Curious about trends eager to learn and motivated to work for a successful career in advertising.
- Able to create outstanding communication solutions together with partner divisions such as PR Event Social Digital DTP Production or Post Production.
