Job Summary:
This role is responsible for balancing demand and supply at a facility over an extended period of time by closely aligning with S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning). In the short term supports the creation of daily production schedules as per demand negotiates and resolves scheduling issues tracks inventory levels and ensures deadlines are being met. Responsible for demand management and order scheduling requiring high interaction with various areas within the company including manufacturing orders product groups procurement finance process dealers supply chain and administration.
What you will do:
Analyzing industry and market trends assessing risks and identifying opportunities using statistical data for decision-making. Using this knowledge to forecast future client demands; revising plans to optimize the scheduling process and the supply chain.
Managing order entry for domestic and export markets aligned with the factorys strategy and product group alignment with manufacturing operations. Validating correct hard and soft capacities. Preparing reports and documentation related to scheduling and production ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.
Overseeing the creation of comprehensive production schedules based on customer demands resolving any conflicts and ensuring that the schedules get delivered to the respective teams aiming to deliver and sustain Operational Excellence for production plan and orders scheduling.
Collaborating with project teams to optimize product mix introduce new products and more.
What You Have - Skills:
Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools techniques and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion goal or judgment.
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches tools techniques for recognizing anticipating and resolving organizational operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Demand Management & Forecasting: Knowledge of processes and methods of Demand Management; ability to effectively sense predict plan for and manage the demand for products and of forecasting tools approaches and practices; ability to determine product demand and estimate production requirements and loads.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in International Trade Business Administration Engineering or related fields.
Pre-Advanced English.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word and PowerPoint).
Top candidates will have:
Black Belt certification.
Previous experience in Supply Chain Product Group or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Postgraduate degree or MBA.
Big Data Statistics or Programming proven knowledge.
Advanced/Fluent English.
This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
