Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in education student personnel education administration or related field
- One (1) to three (3) years experience in leadership and organizational development and college student programming
- Experience planning and implementing programs and events
- Prior work experience on a university/college campus
- Experience as a member and leader in organizations
- Valid drivers license (based on UMS standards)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in higher education student personnel education administration or other closely related field
- Prior experience advising college campus events and student organizations
- Supervisory experience
- Experience assessing and evaluating programs and services
