TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Bilingual Senior Recruiter to join our team in Plano TX (75074)! This is a permanent direct-hire opportunity with TMD Staffing with an opportunity to grow.

As a Senior Recruiter youll play a key role in ensuring job orders are filled clients are supported and our internal team is guided and developed. We are seeking a confident staffing professional with experience in the temporary staffing industry and a passion for client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and fill client job orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate associate and client updates to management
- Provide performance coaching and support to temporary associates
- Conduct client and prospect visits to build strong partnerships
- Track and meet staffing KPIs established by Corporate
- Support internal recruitment operations and team development
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Candidate Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred)
- 3 years of experience in the temporary staffing industry
- Strong customer service and decision-making experience
- Valid drivers license vehicle and car insurance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
