Our client is a luxury brand originating from France.
They are now seeking a Client Advisor to join their team and work at BKK & Phuket.
Responsibilities
- Selling and performing customer service duties.
- Learning and developing knowledge of product lines features and benefits.
- Welcoming every client and providing the best client experience.
- Advising clients across the brand and all product categories.
- Handling sales planning and business management.
- Developing and implementing monthly sales management plans to achieve sales targets.
- Managing the implementation of window launches in a timely and quality manner and executing as per guidelines.
- Managingthe boutique documentation/filings and adheringto timely reporting submission requirements.
Qualifications
- Open to all genders.
- At least 1-year experience in a sales role in luxury brand fashion.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Able to work well under pressure and speak fluent English. If you can speak Chinese it will be an advantage (or other languages).
- Being a Flight Attendant or from any related services occupational sector is welcomed.
- Good selling skills and a sales focus.
- Service-minded good cooperation and interpersonal skills.
