Import Purchasing Officer

Main responsibilities
- The criteria for evaluating suppliers should be clearly defined specifying the areas to be assessed such as quality cost and various capabilities including production delivery and the financial status of the partners.
- The key principles of international sales contracts contracts related to finance and payment for goods as well as the documentation for the transportation of goods by sea and air are understood in conjunction with the Letter of Guarantee (LG).
- Manage documents to prepare for the import of purchased goods according to specifications and delivery that can be price-compared with timely suppliers that align with the production process
Must-Have
- Bachelors Degree in food packaging or related field.
- Must have1-3 years of experience in Buyer Purchasing field.
- Have an experience in Product Packaging will be a plus.
- Good command in English or Chinese.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong in sourcing products with suppliers.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
