Your Impact
As the Director of International Commercial Finance you will serve as the strategic business partner to Axons international leadership team. Youll play a critical role in advising on growth initiatives optimizing operational performance and shaping deal economics for some of the most complex and high-impact opportunities across our global business. This role combines long-term strategic planning with day-to-day operational leadership making you a key driver of Axons international success.
What Youll Do
Location: Amsterdam
- Act as the finance business partner to International business supporting both strategic initiatives and operational execution across all regions
- Own and guide the strategic investment roadmap for the international business working cross functionality to ensure alignment with all stakeholders
- Advise on large complex and strategic deals to support the continued growth in the market
- Build and manage both short-term and long-range forecasts aligned with global FP&A processes and international market dynamics
- Define monitor and report on key operational KPIs working closely with Finance Sales and Operations to drive actionable insights
- Support new market entry pricing strategy and commercial investment decisions with high-quality financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Partner closely with regional GMs and senior leaders to shape international business strategy and performance
What You Bring
- 1015 years of total experience in Finance with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in commercial finance FP&A modeling and strategic business partnering
- Experience leading international finance efforts and operating in a global matrixed environment
- Excellent financial modeling forecasting and analytical skills
- Executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels including C-suite
- Track record of successfully navigating complex ambiguous environments in high-growth companies
- Background in SaaS hardware software models or public tech companies preferred
- Experience with systems like Adaptive Planning NetSuite or Salesforce preferred
- Multilingual (e.g. Spanish German French) preferred
Work Location
This role is based out of our Amsterdam location and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
