The challenge
As the Director Digital Experience (DX) Enterprise Sales Japan you will be responsible for consistently growing revenue for the DX business throughout the country and across a variety of industries. You will lead a sales organization that will work seamlessly in a matrixed environment to ensure alignment on overall go to market goals and objectives from country to corporate level. You will have a consistent track record to grow existing businesses and leverage key customer relationships to identify and unlock new market opportunities. Additionally with a strong trusted network of leaders in enterprise software and ideally within the digital marketing domain.
What youll do
Own and lead all DX opportunities across Japan serving as the single point of contact for strategic execution
Align with executive leadership and key partners to define differentiated offerings and high-impact go-to-market strategies
Manage a predictable revenue plan by identifying and accelerating key opportunities
Optimize daily sales activities and team engagement to improve pipeline conversion and efficiency
Foster strong cross-functional partnerships at senior levels to unlock commercial value and drive innovation
Influence global standard processes by challenging the status quo and mentoring teams on scalable high-performance methodologies
What you need to succeed
Extensive experience as a second line sales manager or higher with a strong track record in building high-performance teams.
Strong leadership and influencing skills; able to lead change and accountability in a matrixed environment.
Deep sales expertise with a focus on predictability linearity and overachievement of targets.
Consistent track record to bring in greenfield revenue opportunities and optimize and scale existing opportunities.
Adept at using data to drive decision making and inspire change.
Excellent communicator with bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
