App and Push Marketing is a major element of NEXTs marketing activity both here in the UK and internationally. Our Digital Communications team play a crucial role in shaping how we connect with users through targeted relevant messaging that adds value and drives action.
About the Role:
As the Digital Communications Lead you will join our Digital Marketing Communications team to support the growth strategy for the App. Reporting to the Digital Communications Channel Manager youll play a key role in delivering the Push programme and supporting the wider marketing team in growing the database for both the UK and International apps. Youll be part of a large global team of marketers where your problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset will be essential.
What else is involved
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic campaigns that increase sales and improve recruitment and retention
- Oversee the push marketing communications schedule and ensure it aligns with overall business goals
- Direct the development and execution of all push marketing campaigns from one-time sends to recurring and triggered campaigns
- Drive the analysis of push marketing campaign performance translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for future development
- Report on sales revenue generated through push marketing campaigns providing high-level summaries and strategic context to key stakeholders
- Lead a small team of marketing executives setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement

About You:
- Experience with push service platforms isnt vital if you have experience in email and CRM platforms
- Self-motivated & highly organised with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and stay calm under pressure
- Creative and inquisitive with a thirst to learn more
- Aptitude for attention to detail
- Able to take direction and deliver tasks accordingly
- Effective team player; can do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate level user of the Google Suite
- Marketing experience ideally gained in a retail environment ideally working on push sms or email
- Proven experience in managing or leading a team including setting objectives providing guidance and fostering professional growth
