Our Digital Marketing Communications team is at the heart of our growth strategy for the NEXT app. Were looking for an experienced Digital Communications Lead to help drive our app forward. Reporting to the Digital Communications Channel Manager you will be a key player in a large global team of marketers. This role will see you delivering our Push programme and supporting the wider marketing team to grow our apps database in both the UK and internationally. The goal is for you to become our subject matter expert for App marketing.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders to create and implement strategic campaigns that not only increase sales but also improve customer recruitment and retention. A significant part of this role will be to oversee develop and execute all push marketing campaigns from one-off sends to complex recurring and triggered communications. Youll also drive the analysis of campaign performance turning data into actionable insights to shape future strategy.
As a leader within the team you will manage a small group of marketing executives setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
