What youll do
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers developers and other stakeholders to deeply understand project requirements and user needs.
- Design Cutting-Edge Interfaces: Create and iterate on user interfaces for innovative projects ranging from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Fast and Iterative Prototyping: Engage in rapid prototyping cycles to quickly test and refine designs based on user feedback.
- Conduct User Research: Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to perform user research gaining critical insights into user behavior and preferences.
- Translate Research into Design: Convert research findings into actionable design insights influencing product strategy and design decisions throughout the discovery and development lifecycle.

What you bring
- Master Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Currently pursuing a degree in UI/UX Design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Experience with prototyping tools and techniques.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Basic understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for creating excellent user experiences.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Knowledge in the business process management or process mining world is a plus.
