Location: 2200 Eagle Street North Cambridge
Compensation: $17.20 per hour plus bonuses
Hours: Monday - Thursday availability between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm . Friday and Saturdays between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and
What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis
- Complete a series of questions with the customer to determine how their purchase was and any additional feedback they have that could help us improve our service moving forward
- Understanding the buyer experience
- Follow communication scripts when handling differenttopics
- Identify customers needs clarify information and book appointments
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extramile
- Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensibleway
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitativetargets
What You Bring to the Table:
- Outbound and/or Inbound call center experience is preferred
- Track record of accomplishing targets
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask set priorities and manage timeeffectively
- High school diploma
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- High energy
- Motivated
