Title:
Cost/ Schedule AnalystThe Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Cost/Schedule Analyst to support the delivery of accurate project cost schedule and performance insights. Working closely with project managers and finance teams you will play a key role in maintaining schedules tracking budgets and identifying risks to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6
- Assist with cost estimates budgets and forecasts
- Monitor cost and schedule performance; identify variances
- Support earned value management (EVM) reporting
- Collaborate with project and finance teams
- Prepare progress reports and dashboards
- Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning
Who are you
To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in project controls and the technical expertise to deliver accurate timely insights. Youll be able to combine analytical capability with clear communication to support successful project outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- 5 years experience in project controls
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel
- Familiarity with EVM and critical path analysis
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Eligibility for Baseline or NV1 clearance Must be an Australian Citizen
