What You Will Do
As a Strategic Services Coordinator within the Strategic Sales & Services Group at Johnson Controls Security Products you will play a key role in supporting operational excellence across five specialized teams: Strategic Sales Professional Services Managed Services Custom Development and Training. This position ensures seamless internal processes effective communication and high-quality customer support throughout the customer lifecycle.
How You Will Do It
Purchasing & Vendor Management
Process and track purchase requests
Onboard and maintain vendor records
Follow up on payments and resolve procurement issues
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly financial and business reports
Support development of team gap analyses
Generate pipeline and past-due reports
Team Communications
Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely responses
Professional Services Coordination
Manage and archive trip reports
Assist with quoting and processing PSG purchase orders
Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation
Support project closeout and invoicing
Track and manage software license issuance
Training Support
Provide backup support for Training Coordinator
Assist with shipping and receiving of training kits
Strategic Sales Support
Coordinate logistics for events and meetings
Manage venue contracts and marketing material procurement
What We Look For
Required
Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in customer-facing or administrative roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred
Experience in a technical or services-based environment
Familiarity with procurement and vendor management systems
