A day in the life of...
- Support National Account Manager in the channel/ customers thinking to develop and implement channel/ customers strategies with a horizon of 6 - 18 months
- Contribute to Integrated Commercial Planning by jointly developing channel/ customer plan with National Channel Manager with a horizon of 6 18 months
- Understand and drive customers insights and developments Including Distributors.
- Jointly manage channel/ customer sales and profitability to achieve sustainable growth
- Ensure compliance/ provide support to all quality related activities identified in the NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions
- Ensure compliance /provide support to all OHS related activities identified in OHSAS manual Clause 4.4.1
What will make you successful...
- Category product knowledge within the fmcg industry
- 5 years commercial experience as demonstrated by channel or distributor management experience
- Businessexperience within trade marketing marketing/sales or commercial functions. Preferably with Trade Marketing/CCSD experience.
- Demonstrated business planning & implementation skills (Project Management)
- Financial implication and awareness (P&L statement supply chain reports etc)
