Key Responsibilities
- Microsoft Teams Management: Configure manage and support Teams including Teams Compliance recording. Ensure the platform meets organizational needs and compliance standards.
- SharePoint Online Administration: Oversee the administration and security of SharePoint Online managing permissions workflows and optimal performance.
- Recording Tools Expertise: Administer and support integration with Luware and Verint recording tools ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- First Line Risk Work: Handle administrative and documentation tasks related to IT risk. Review vulnerability reports and access management activities; evaluate and review SOC2 reports.
- Collaboration & Support: Work with IT facilities and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain configuration documentation and provide training and support for end users and internal teams.
Key Capabilities/Experience
- Microsoft 365 Knowledge: Expertise in Teams and SharePoint Online including Teams Compliance recording.
- Tool Integration: Experience with Luware and Verint recording tools.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and support global users.
- Compliance Understanding: Familiarity with security compliance and risk standards in enterprise environments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience on the related role
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding on different digital workplace tools.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify potential risk and develop effective solutions to mitigate them.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such Teams Administrator Associate Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals or similar certifications is a plus.
